Delivery Policy

Proof of Purchase

Customers who have purchased using drum-sounds.co.uk you will receive confirmation of your order via email. If you have purchased from our telephone mail order service then your receipt included with your order is regarded as your proof of purchase.

Shipping

* Royal Mail: For smaller deliveries Royal Mail postage offers the best value. Royal Mail deliveries will Monday - Saturday, excluding bank holidays. (UK Only) Please allow 2 -7 working days for delivery.

Please be aware that these estimates are for time in transit only, and that they do not apply until the product leaves our facilities. As delivery is beyond Drum-Sounds control we are unable to assume liability for late deliveries. However, we will always try to assist the tracking of parcels whenever possible. Please call Drum-Sounds if you have any questions.

Undeliverable Packages: Sometimes packages are returned to Drum-Sounds as undeliverable. When the courier returns an undeliverable package, please contact Drum-Sounds to make arrangements for reshipment. There will be an additional charge to redelivery.

Failed Delivery Attempts: Most couriers will attempt to deliver 2-3 times. After these attempts, the courier will return the package to Drum-Sounds.

Cancellation & Return Policy

General Information

All products are quality checked before dispatch but in the unlikely event that you experience any problems please e-mail us at thebandshop@btconnect.com.

Cancellation Policy

Your order begins processing immediately after you click "Complete the Order" on the "Ordering Process" page. During processing it may be possible to cancel your order by emailing thebandshop@btconnect.com but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.

If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, you may be able to return any unwanted items in accordance with our 7 days refund policy.

7 days Refund Policy

If any item does not meet your expectations you may return it within 7 days for a full refund of the value of the product. All we require is that it arrives in its original condition, including the packaging & that you obtain proof of return from your carrier. Unfortunately we cannot refund products without the original packaging or products that have been adjusted in any way.

Orders placed by credit or debit card will only be refunded to the card used to originally make the purchase.

We advise that you request a proof of return from your carrier or recorded delivery through the post office.

.Returns policy

All costs related to postage for returns will be borne by the buyer. When returning goods, the buyer must inform Drum-Sounds prior to dispatching the said goods. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on all items returned.

Returned goods must be sent requiring a signature from the seller to confirm receipt as title for ownership shall remain with the buyer until such time.

Once we have received the goods we shall initiate the refund or replacement.
